Clinical Supervision
Supervision is a process in which supervisees
can reflect on their practice, discuss workplace and
professional issues in a safe environment. Supervision prioritises
both the optimum therapeutic outcome for the
client and the professional development and
self-care of the supervisee through exploring
ethics and safety; skills & growth; wellbeing & support.
The Integrated Developmental Model supports supervisee development and fosters professional growth through a reflective process.
