Getting to Know Me
Vanessa brings over 25 years of experience across education and people-focused roles, including as a secondary teacher, counsellor, retreats director, leadership coach, and workshop facilitator.
She works collaboratively with clients, using evidence-based interpersonal and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches to help clients develop deeper insight into their emotional experiences and create meaningful, lasting change. Vanessa also has experience integrating clients' spiritual beliefs and considerations into the therapeutic process where appropriate.
Outside of her professional life, Vanessa is a devoted mum to teenage and adult daughters. She enjoys exploring Australia's diverse landscapes and sharing a good cheese platter with friends.
